West Suffolk Hospital

When Imtech Engineering Services Central were awarded the mechanical works package for the new CSSD facility at West Suffolk Hospital, they had no hesitation in asking Adcock to supply and install the Mitsubishi City Multi VRF air conditioning systems.

The new building comprises three floors and will handle the sterilizing function for all theatre instruments on the ground floor, along with offices, meeting rooms and conference facilities on the two floors above.

The installation comprises 6 separate systems, 50 fan coil units and ceiling cassettes, ceiling ducting and wall mounted designs connected to the heating/cooling coils in bespoke air handling units.

Progress is going well with an anticipated completion date of late April, 2017.
