CBRE CRAC Installation

We have recently completed a high-standard installation of seven Mitsubishi Electric CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units for CBRE at SS&C, Basildon. Starting with the safe removal of existing units and the setup of new containment and piping, our team expertly managed each phase of the installation, even coordinating a crane lift to position outdoor units for optimal performance and space efficiency.

We completed the project with rigorous pressure testing, new mains power connections and a thorough commissioning process to ensure peak efficiency.

The Mitsubishi Electric x-MEXT DX units installed are some of the most advanced solutions available, designed to deliver precise temperature control. Featuring perimeter units with adaptable up flow or downflow configurations, they incorporate full inverter technology, Mitsubishi Electric’s proprietary fan design, and in-house-developed control software. This system is ideal for spaces that require strict climate control, with features like load-matching control, LAN-based intelligent controls and compatibility with various BEMS protocols.
