YMCA Trinity Group

YMCA Trinity Group has renewed their maintenance contract with Adcock for another year, following a recent system replacement for their server room at the Charity’s Cambridge site. The room was not cooling and there was a risk of the equipment overheating.

YMCA is the oldest and largest youth charity in the world. The charity's focus is building proactive and sustainable communities for young people and their programmes include housing, health and fitness and youth projects. The Cambridge site has eighty beds designated for social housing which can support 16-25 year olds for a stay of up to two years. There are also gym facilities and classes available at the site.

Adcock offered its fast and flexible services for the recent replacement. It took only one week from the initial phone call from the client through to the completion of the project.

The maintenance and facilities manager Richard was very pleased with the quick turnaround of the replacement “I would just like to thank you for your swift actions in the replacement of the AC unit in our comms room. This was very much appreciated as the potential for overheating of the vital equipment in there was a real concern.”
