We are pleased to announce the completion of work at Surrey University.

Our client, Eurodata Building Services delivered the entire project to University, but our specialist task was to install 70 kW of cooling into the recording studio with no noise and no outlet velocity.

The project consisted the installation of 5 Daikin FBQ140 ducted units, connected to 5 RZQSG140 units on the roof above. Each ducted unit was fitted with inlet & outlet silencers, then ducted connection to ceiling fabric ductwork.

The room at Surrey University is to be used for motion capture video recordings, meaning that air movement and noise control were critical in this installation. The fabric ducts installed offered the perfect solution for the exacting criteria.
