Coastview Estates were looking for a climate control solution with a unique “exposed services” look.  This was achieved by designing  bespoke air conditioning enclosures  - the ductwork being smooth rolled sheets with concealed fixings to give the appearance of ductwork floating below the ceiling.

In partnership with GPAD architects and MWL consulting engineers, Adcock designed and installed Daikin Heat Recovery VRV equipment to serve the whole building. The advantages of this system include minimizing energy consumption to deliver optimum energy savings, individual climate control settings for each zone and flexibility so catering for Cat A fit outs. This provides both landlords and tenants energy efficient comfort throughout the year.
