Oakleaf choose Adcock as preferred supplier

As part of The Community Housing Group, Oakleaf Commercial Services has been providing high quality, professional, property maintenance and construction services since 2000. They provide a wealth of services including responsive repairs, building construction, modernisations and adaptations, grounds maintenance, fleet services, a PVC-u manufacturing facility and a bespoke joinery. Their central operating base is in Kidderminster, Worcestershire which allows easy access to provide services across the West Midlands region.

At Adcock, our role is to service and maintain their hybrid boilers that run on R290 refrigerant. R290 (CARE 40) Propane is a refrigerant grade propane, a natural refrigerant suitable for use in a range of refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The use of R290 is increasing due to its low environmental impact and excellent thermodynamic performance.

Not every gas engineer can attend Oakleaf Services call outs because of the fact that R290 refrigerant is in use. Oakleaf has appointed Adcock as a preferred supplier as we have a qualified gas engineer with the required refrigerant and hydro carbon training within our local Branch.

We have built up a very good working relationship with Oakleaf. We understand that if a boiler breaks down it can leave a resident with no heating or hot water. Adcock will attend a call out with a prompt response and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We continue to provide a vital support role to Oakleaf in their care of residents through facilities provided in residential property maintenance services.
