New Medical Centre - Wickford, Essex

Adcock are pleased to confirm that we are now halfway through the full design & installation of a new medical centre in Wickford Essex. We are working for Apex contractors on behalf of Basildon council.

The site consists of two floors with various treatment rooms, consultation rooms & waiting areas. The full mechanical design has been produced whilst working closely with the council and architects to provide a new centre to replace the old and outdated surgery. Adcock were responsible for producing all required calculations for the entire mechanical installation. The job should be complete early summer with the NHS moving in straight away.

The job consists of:

• VRF air conditioning
• Comms room cooling
• Mains cold water installation
• New gas installation
• BMS installation
• Full heat recovery ventilation
• Toilet extraction
• New boiler / plant room
• Full LTHW heating system
