Hatton Wall Development

We are pleased to confirm that we have completed the installation of commercial and residential air conditioning for the Hatton Wall Development.

The clients for this project were Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, an investment and development company, who specialise in residential and commercial properties. The architects for this development were GPAD who are based in Clerkenwell. They mainly operate in the London area but their portfolio expands across the UK and abroad.

Hatton Wall is a former warehouse building, situated off Hatton Garden, also known as the Jewellery district. The development is over 30,000 square ft and comprises of five office floors alongside seven penthouse residential units. The office development is called Black Bull Yard.

The design by GPAD Architects combines the old and the new. The offices look over a new courtyard area and the building is accessed through a new reception area. The historic features of the warehouse such as the exposed brickwork, high ceilings and large open windows are all preserved.

Boultbee Brooks and GPAD London have both been customers of our Reading branch for a few years now and for the Hatton Wall development we have installed a new comfort heating and cooling system throughout the building.
