Diamond Quality Partnership Scheme

We are pleased to announce that we are one of the first companies in the UK to be approved by Mitsubishi Electric for their new Diamond Quality Partnership Scheme. It launched in London on Wednesday 21st June 2017 with only 23 companies achieving this status.

DQP is the highest level of endorsement with Mitsubishi Electric taking our partnership to the next level it creates major benefits for both us and our customers.

The certification recognises that as a company we have achieved an exceptional level of training and our service level exceeds expectations.

Only companies who are committed to excellence can achieve the Diamond Quality Partner status. It is gained through on site audits (a minimum of two per year) and we are extremely proud that our first audit received a score of 100%.

Benefits to our customers include access to the full Mitsubishi Electric product ranges, extended warranties and long term assurance.
