Derby Homes

Adcock have been awarded a maintenance contract with Derby Homes to provide support for their air conditioning and air handling equipment over 4 sites operated by Derby Homes.

The maintenance contract at Derby Homes was awarded by tender, Adcock were the highest scoring contractor securing the 10 year contract. Derby Homes are an at arm’s length management organisation to Derby City Council providing, maintaining and improving social housing estates in Derbyshire.

Adcock have provided a thorough maintenance schedule for all the air conditioning and ventilation systems installed on the different sites. Since taking on the contract, Adcock have been asked for recommendations on the control and usage of the air conditioning systems, to provide comfortable conditions and energy saving solutions. A TM44 air conditioning energy survey has also been carried out to highlight any further reductions in energy consumption.
