Adcock Training Centre

Our MD, Nigel Claydon, recently made a visit to Adcock's City & Guilds accredited Training Centre to witness firsthand the progress of the trainee engineers enrolled in the Modularised Air Conditioning Refrigeration and Heat Pump Programme. With upskilling at the heart of the company's ethos, this visit served as a testament to the unwavering dedication of Adcock towards the continual advancement and growth of our workforce.  

Nigel engaged with the trainee engineers to grasp their learning experiences and challenges, this visit demonstrates the company's commitment to fostering a culture of learning and innovation, ensuring that our employees remain equipped with the latest equipment, software and knowledge in the rapidly evolving fields of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump technology. 

This visit also served as a motivating force for the trainee engineers, underlining the company's strong support and recognition of their endeavours in pursuing advanced skills and expertise in their respective fields.
