At Adcock, we are aware of our legal duties as well as the moral importance of promoting diversity and inclusion in our business. We also recognize that a diverse and inclusive workforce who feel valued and feel like they are making a difference is better for us, for our customers and most importantly for our employees. Our aim is to increase and embed equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything we do.
This runs through our policies, practices, and processes starting with recruitment and at every other stage of an employee’s time with us. But we are always open to improvement, especially in an industry where diversity is particularly challenging to achieve. We therefore always encourage our employees to make suggestions through our employee suggestion scheme and the annual Great Place to Work survey as well as to use our internal processes to alert us to any concerns.
The achievement of true equality, diversity and inclusion is a constant work in progress and is the responsibility of all – together we can create an inclusive culture where every single person feels valued and seen.
