Charles Bell House is undergoing a full refurbishment to deliver a new institute for ground breaking collaboration between UCL School of Life and Medical Science and the UCL Faculty of Engineering Science.

Our contracts engineer has been overseeing the lifting of 24 Mitsubishi Electric VRF and Split condensing units up on to the roof at UCL’s Charles Bell House in Central London. We have been sub-contracted to Swiftline Engineering who are providing all M&E Services to the building.
