The environment they were working in is very sensitive to dirt and dust and with £4 to £5 million of equipment around them they quietly attended to their work and left the building nearly as they found it. The only way you could tell they had been was the new white equipment installed in the ceiling.
I had arranged for a clinical clean afterwards by our contract cleaners but this was almost not required.
Too often these days I have to write complaining about contractors and their work. It makes a welcome change to write expressing my thanks.”
